Born and bred small town Eastern Cape girl, I decided to move to Cape Town after graduating with Honours from Rhodes University. With my Sports Science, Ergonomics and Psychology degrees under my belt, I decided that it was finally time to conquer the rest of my dreams!
The biggest dream of them all?
My “why” – to help change people’s lives in the most positive way possible through health and fitness.
To many people exercise because they “have to” and not because they enjoy it and want to! Many people see healthy living as a confusing subject, something that’s difficult to understand and impossible to afford.
My goal?
To be an example to others, showing them and teaching them that exercise can be fun, exciting and enjoyable! And that being healthy doesn’t mean cutting major calories, cutting out your favourite food groups and doesn’t have to cost the same amount as your car or house rent 😉
My clients are a diverse mix of people. Some young, some old, some needing to loose weight while others need to gain. Short, tall, fit, unfit, the list is endless.
There is absolutely no one that can’t enjoy and thrive off the Meagan Method.
The only buy in card that everyone has in common? They all actually want to do it! They want to better their lives! They want to positively change the way they live and how they feel on a daily basis. This type of journey will never work unless you do!
